Here’s me, swanning around the studio, watching the Liberty Print Limited Edition ‘Swanfield’ collection being cut out ready to be made into bandanas, collars, leads and other lovely stuff. It’s only available in October 2011 and then it’s gone forever.
Hats off to Molly and Matilda wearing their new hats from the Spencer Collection. Lilly went off to the BBC London Studios last week and met them plus their owners, presenters Joanne Good and Anna Webb. These fab pics appeared on Facebook afterwards – so glad you like your new kit, girls. Love Rabbit.

Winston came in to the LoveMyDog studio
Winston the gorgeous black pug came in to the LoveMyDog studio and left with the Hoxton Tartan Harris Tweed Pet carrier. Winston has problems with his back legs and cant walk for long so he was snug as a bug in the carrier. He’d never been in a pet carrier before and just settled in straight away. Rabbit had a play with him and was very sad when he left! We love this picture that his owner sent us.

Cats and Dogs is a show that juxtaposes different ways of looking at art objects and their subjects.
Relationships between people are very complicated. Many of us discover that pets make not only great companions but can also make substitutes for human relationships. They are also a great inspiration for artists. Art lovers and pet lovers are invited to examine these differences along with VIPS (very important pets).
This July, Unit 24 invited a group of international artists who simply believe that pets are fascinating to take part in their Cats and Dogs exhibition.
Unit 24 is both a hyper-modern, completely minimalist space, just three minutes from the great Tate, and a functional dry cleaning business. You can go there to collect your spotless cleaning but in fact this is an art gallery of deliciously ironic and serious intent.
Unit 24 hopes the show will entertain and create a good pet friendly atmosphere and provide a look at art from different levels. A sense of humor and some critical skills are highly recommended.
Love My Dog’s Creative Director Lilly Shahravesh attended the private view on the 6th July with the Love My Dog studio muse, Rabbit. A Love My Dog blanket and lead worth £110 was given to the most handsome dog of the night. It was a tough choice but Monty, a Battersea Rescue dog with a great smile pictured below, was the happy ‘canine couture’ winner.

Love My Dog was recently on the catwalk in Dallas, Texas. Enterprising dog owner, Terri Tomlinson, and her mixed-breed rescue pup Frank, organised the third annual Canine Couture event to raise money for abandoned pups.
Frank sported our new ‘Elwin’ quilted tattersall coat and our signature Deerstalker hat, bringing a touch of British country style to the proceedings. The event raised lots of money and we’re delighted that Love My Dog could be part of it. In fact, www.fourleggedfashion.org has now raised over $12000 over the last two years. We’re always happy to help charity events for dogs, so do get in touch if you’re raising funds for a worthy doggy cause.
I thought you might like to know that Love My Dog were featured on ITV yesterday. The ‘This Morning Crew’ had set up a mobile grooming parlour on the South Bank and showed five dogs being transformed from shaggy mutts into gorgeous canine superstars.
Every dog was given a new outfit and you can see two of ours: Our ‘English Gentleman’s’ olive green quilted coat, and a corduroy lead and collar from our brand new Spencer collection that’s not even been officially launched yet.
